I believe growth can happen through a strong therapeutic relationship. My goal is providing an environment for each person to be authentically themselves. My approach to therapy is client centered and meeting each client where they are at. I work with children, adolescents, teens and families. I am trained in play therapy and utilize non-directive play therapy techniques in working with children. When working with teenagers I utilize various therapy techniques including somatic, experiential, art, and sandtray techniques.
