I am a MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy supervisor and can supervise those perusing their LPCC licensure. My approach as a supervisor is one of support and guidance to helping supervisees find their authentic self as a therapist. I specialize in the following areas: play therapy, metaphor, sand tray, co-regulation, parenting support, trauma, medical trauma, anxiety, school avoidance.

Business Consultation
Another passion piece for me is teaching therapists the business side of private practice. This is not something taught in graduate school and it is often tricky for therapists to put on their "business hat" as it is a different way of thinking. If you are thinking of starting private practice and need practical steps and support, or need ongoing support in maintaining and growing your business: I can help! Some of the business topics include: initial set up, finances, creative/design, marketing, ongoing maintenance.
